- Felix Chen who filed the lawsuit is there with his lawyers – the Chambers of Dominican born QC Reginald Armour.
- David Hsiu who is defending the suit is there with his Lawyers.
- Kieron Pinard-Byrne is there to fight in the corner of David Hsiu.
- Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit is there and with him is Lead Attorney Anthony Astaphan, The Attorney General Mrs. Francine Baron-Royer and supporting Attorney Mr. Alick Lawrence.

Why is it that one gets the impression here that Hon. Skerrit has done nothing right in his governance. It’s as if there is nothing good that this nation can attribute to his decisive leadership.
Only the God head (3 in One) is infallible, comrade Skerrit has not professed to be .He who is without any sin go right ahead and take your best shot!
He has done so much for the marginalized and underprevileged in the area of health care, even the blind has regained sight (from all spectrums of the political divide). The housing revolution has enabled many D/cans to have a DECENT roof over their heads. Scholarships are on the rise. Road rehabilitations has been redifined. Like never before D/ca has gained REAL friends both near and far.
I am of the view the the PM’s work speaks for itself and I like a true friend would advise him to focus more attention on his areas of weakness ( I have many) and thank God everyday for his “political enemies”. A man’s enemies helps him walk the straight and narrow and causes him to “fix” himself.
When I helped Skerrit win the elections I knew fully well that there were going to be mistakes and missteps, for there is non- righteous – NO NOT ONE! I knew that it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. It is a learning experience, it would be even if Edison James had been re- elected. I am of the honest opinion that this is a young man who means well, who certainly has the best interest of Dominica and the Dominican people at heart. He is so embracing and accomodating that he treats EVERY D/can like a Labourite, she is BLINDED to party colour whenever his people needs him (ask Max in St. Joe). I will seek to have Roosevelt Skerrit as the PM of this nation any day and twice on Sunday. he is what D/ca needs at this time. I have repeated told him that I stand ready to be deployed in view of the up coming general elections.
DS, I think that’s what you are there for, to echo the good that PM Skerrit has done. Oh yes he has done good no doubt.
That is what he was elected for, and that is what we want him to continue to do. He is paid to do good for us all, all the time. All PM’s do good, and all PM’s do bad. But it is the good that is brought out by them, their press secretaries, GIS, and other medium that they choose.
We see , hear and feel the good everyday. But…… it is the skeletons that we don’t see. Those that are hidden. In the view of the electorate they have to be aware of all the issues surrounding the ruling government, so when they go to the polls they make an informed decision.
No ruling party will come out and say the BAD things they have done? You would agree? So in this little piece of the globe called HonestDominica.com , we will continue to bring out the dishonesty, and the wrong doings in the governance of this country, no matter who is doing it.
In all the good, corruption still brings poverty , and other social ills. This actions that you call mistakes, they are not mistakes. Believe you me, our leaders have made mistakes and will continue to make mistakes that we can forgive them for, because before they were Leaders they were humans.
However, the issues you read here are not mistakes they are blatant ___________ (fill in the blanks)

DS since you have admitted that the PM is human and can make mistakes, can you point out some of the mistakes made by PM Skerrit in your view.
Can you also tell me if you would consider the following to be mistakes:
(1) PM’s involvement with the bin bobol
(2) PM’s involvement in the fertilizer bobol
(3) PM’s involvement in tax evasion
(4) PM’s involvement in the Susan Olde passport scandal
(5) PM’s involvement with David Huis and swindling of Mr. Chen’ US$20M
(6) PM’s involvement with Grace Tonge and her daughter Rebecca
(7) PM’s treatment of Ian Douglas and the PM’s backstabbing ways
(8) PM’s acceptance of gifts (bribes)for the performance his responsibilities
(9) PM’s role in the destruction of the Windsor Park Stadium costing the State in excess of EC$12M (If Skerrit was visionary DA would have two stadiums. He is too busy stealing from the treasury)
(10) The PM’s amassing of assets way in excess of his legal means of income.
