i think the PM is schizophrenic or a pathological liar. It is really sad because in any other part of the world respect for good governance and a desire to preserve the country's reputation would dictate that the PM resign
I have to make the following comment to categoricaly state that due to PM Skerrits benevolence the government of Anguila has benefited as the Dominican economy is strong, PM Skerrit has achieved ridicule nothing more, as it is a blatant falsehood. the people of Anguila are right to be very upset,. the question I raise is why would PM Skerrit place himself in such an invidious position it just beggars beleif, and raises the point of his suitability to hold the position he does.
to repeatedly prevaricate with the truth is indicitive of a not only a troubled soul but rather one that is unstable and certainly not one to be trusted, in view of the timing of this lie with the election aproaching by the unforgiving minute is wholely demonstrative of mind boggling incompetence and rank stupidity he does his party no credit by this kind of action no credit at all.
I am sure that even his good freind Hugo Chavez is equally aghast and probably wondering if he has backed a mad man, you may be able to overlook a slip or two but when deliberate lies are compounded in multiples then there is a serious problem i am sure that there are many qualified medical shrinks who would have a field day in analyzing this for quite simply I do not see the point of his staement he did not even consider any posible fall out by stating such garbage, which again shows he is not fit to hold the office he does
Maybe because the rabid supporters of his party will believe him if he says he can walk on water, he feels the rest of the world will fall for his lies too.
the wider outside political entities do not have their eyes and ears closed they are aware of the situation fully, the problem with this is an awareness of wanting to invest in Dominica, the general opinion is one of extreme caution for all of the reasons which are plainly obvious, by truth prevarication the damage done is long lasting, especially when those falsehoods are issued from te man who represnts his party and controls everything,
this creates nervouness and as a result possible investors are put off,. for with a person who is somewhat largesse with the truth they simply do not know where they stand, and who can blame them should this person regain power at the election it will be a sad day for Dominica.
maybe that is why skerrit is so close to the Chinese and the Venezuelans because they are equally have no respect for truth democracy or human rights. Dominica is on a slippery slope – today it is the jamming of a radio station – tomorrow it is the restriction of internet access and the abolition of political parties – you are known by the company you keep
Yes I agree entirely and if the red clinicites vote for Skerrit or in fact anyone they will come to severly regret in a very short time indeed one can only hope that common sence prevails I wish you well

Anguilla, Montserrat, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, BVI and Bermuda have NO reason to take money from other islands. Being members of OECS and Caricom we are allowed to borrow funds. We are BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES. We receive a GENEROUS budget from the BRITISH GOVT EVERY YEAR HENCE OUR ECONOMIES ARE RELATIVELY GOOD IN COMPARISON TO THE INDEPENDENT ISLANDS.
You can make all your lies and false accusations that are unproven but Dominicans are not stupid and can see through the lies. YOU WILL LOSE TOMORROW! Sorry, try again.
